Attaching important documents to your Account


This article will assist you in managing customer specific Files and Attachments from the Account 360 page in CustomerSuccessBox

Who’s this for?

This article is for each and every member of the Customer Success team who manage Accounts (directly or indirectly) within CustomerSuccessBox. 


The Attachments functionality in CustomerSuccessBox enables the Customer Success Managers to manage all documents like contract copy, customer specific reports, QBR presentations, meeting minutes etc. from the Account 360 page itself. 

By uploading files in the Account 360 page, you would not have to juggle between drive, dropbox, emails & other softwares to find the important files/documents.   

Managing Attachments

How do I upload attachments? 

  • Go to Account 360 page, on the smart navigation bar, you will see "Attachment icon".

  • Upon scrolling, you will see a new tab called "Attachment"

  • Click on Add attachment

What file types are supported? 

CustomerSuccessBox supports .PPT, .PDF, .XLS, .CSV, .DOC file types. Uploaded files should not be more than 5MB in size

Where are all my uploaded attachments visible? 

You will be able to see all these attachments in the "Attachment" tab of an account.

Who has access to the uploaded Attachments?

A user who has access to that account will be able to access the uploaded attachment.
