SSO Settings| Introducing Google Sign-in option


In an effort to add an extra layer of security, we have added an option to let CSMs login to CustomerSuccessBox via Google Sign-in.

Who is this for?

Admin can set up what options needs to be given to all the Users while signing in, whether to give Goggle Sign-in, User Name-Password, or both.

CSMs will not be able to choose, how they would get to log in.

How do I enable it? And what are the options we will get?

In order to enable the options for SSO:

  • Go to Settings
  • Choose the "SSO Settings" option

On the SSO settings, you will see 3 options. Choose the option that best suits you.

What's the default setting?

If you do not change the settings, the default setting is "Allow by Goggle Sign-in And "Username Password".
