Q.

How often do CustomerSuccessBox and Salesforce sync?

Currently, the sync happens once in 24 hrs. But we are working towards getting it almost real-time.

Q. How many API calls does CustomerSuccessBox consume from my SFDC API quota?

We make API calls in a batch of 200. So the number of API calls is a number of records/200. The records comprise Accounts and Users only.

Q. After triggering integration how much time will it take to reflect the account, user           information on CSB?

If the number of records is between 1,000 to 10,000, then the time required to reflect the data in CSB would take approximately 1 to 2 hours. If the number of records is > 10,000, then the time taken to reflect the data on CSB grows exponentially up to 24 hours.

Q. Which Objects sync from SFDC?

We can sync Account, Contacts, and Opportunities from SFDC. We can't integrate with custom object in Self- serve Integration. But if you want to connect Custom Object, please talk to Sales or Customer Success Team. There is a provision for that.

Q. Can I sync my emails, logs from SFDC?

No. Currently, you cannot sync emails and logs. However, this will  be possible in coming soon Version 2.

Q. Can I sync Account or Contact data from CSB to SFDC?

No. Currently, we support one-way sync of Account or Contact data. Our team is working on 2-way (from CSB to SFDC) sync, it will be available shortly.
