Enhancement in Journey| Linking of lists to uncover more use-cases


With this enhancement, you will be able to add "Lists" to the decision making branch, goal settings & suppression list of the Journeys (automation module).

Who's this for?

This is for the CSM/CS Ops person who is responsible for  automating processes with the help of Journeys in CSM.

What will I be able to achieve?

While creating Journey, you will be able to add "Lists" to the decision making branch. 

Practical use-cases:

1. If you are setting up Invoice reminder automation and added a series of 3 emails + 1 task for CSM. But you would not want to send a reminder to only those Users/Customers who haven't responded to your previous emails. So you can set up a Goal by creating a list "OF USERS with Touchpoint (email received is zero in last 7 days)"

2. While sending automated messages for onboarding, you can set up list of "Feature Used A " in the Goal Setting or Decision making branch.

How to achieve?

While creating Journey, add lists in 

  1. Decision making
  2. Goal Settings
  3. Suppression list
