Configuring Global Currency settings


This section will help you understand how to configure global currency in CustomerSuccessBox. If you have a global business & accept payment from multiple currencies, then this setting will help you to define the Global currency so that all the other currencies get converted into the Global currencies & visible in that currency.

This article is for the admin responsible for setting up CustomerSuccessBox.

Configuring Global currency for your financial data in CustomerSuccessBox

Any business might have a different geographical location for operations. As the location changes, so does the currency.

CustomerSuccessBox gives you an option to choose from various currency options to handle the financial data for your business.

You need to follow the below steps to set up currency in CustomerSuccessBox.

  • Click on the Gear icon present on the top right bar of the CustomerSuccessBox dashboard. Then click on the Currency option.

  • Now you can choose the primary currency for your business.


Which all amounts get converted to Global Currencies?

Any amount that you are sending via multiple Subscriptions or Invoices will get automatically converted.

What are the conversion rates that we follow?

We are using the libraries present on and we update it once every quarter. So there might be slight changes in the amount due to the volatility of the conversions.

What happens if I change the Global currencies?

All invoices and subscription amounts are converted into global currency (after 24 hours).

In most cases, you would have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be your point of contact for any queries or assistance. You can always:

  1.  Initiate a chat directly from within your CustomerSuccessBox. Use the Chat option from the Chat icon in the left-side navigation bar.

  2. Create a conversation from here.

  3. Send an email to the Support team.
