Configuring Single-Sign On (SSO) settings

This section will help you understand how to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) or how to set up the system for SSO or passwords options

Who is this for?

This article is primarily for admins responsible for setting up CustomerSuccessBox.

Configuring login option for CSMs in CustomerSuccessBox

SSO stands for Single Sign-on. It prevents you from the inconvenience of logging separately into applications of varying technology or domains.

With SSO, you can add another level of security to the applications.

This section will allow you to change the SSO setting for your CSMs.


You need to follow the below steps to set up login features.

  • Click on the Gear icon present on the top right bar of the CustomerSuccessBox dashboard. Then click on the SSO Settings option. 

  • Select from the below login option for CSM.

    • Login using Username and Password only

    • Login using Google Sign-in(Google username and password) only

    • Login using username and password or Google Sign-In.

Note: The login option you choose here is applicable to all CSMs in CustomerSuccessBox.


Contact Us

In most cases, you would have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be your point of contact for any queries or assistance. You can always:

  1.  Initiate a chat directly from within your CustomerSuccessBox. Use the Chat option from the Chat icon in the left-side navigation bar.

  2. Create a conversation from here.

  3. Send an email to the Support team.
