Overview: Integrating Salesforce with CustomerSuccessBox

CustomerSuccessBox integrates with Salesforce to facilitate an exchange of data between CustomerSuccessBox Account and Salesforce Account. Both platforms integrate with each other to achieve this.

Why should I integrate with Salesforce?

Salesforce API consumption

CustomerSuccessBox utilizes

  • Bulk Salesforce API calls (~200 records in a single API call) to manage meta-objects (Accounts, Users and Subscriptions) in CustomerSuccessBox treating Salesforce objects as source-of-truth
  • Salesforce API call for each activity (task, note or event) which is pushed from CustomerSuccessBox to Salesforce as a part of 2-way activity sync
A rough calculation formulae for API consumption:
(Total Number of records created or updated in Salesforce on a daily basis / 2000)
